The Bermudan dollar is the currency of Bermuda. The banknotes are printed on paper. The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) is responsible for issuing the Bermudan banknotes.
The Bermuda dollar is pegged to the US dollar at par officially on the islands, though outside of the islands it is not traded as such. This is why many travelers exchange the Bermuda dollar before going to the country.
